Pay My Bill
Please be advised of the following:

- We do not accept payment over the phone and no longer accept cash in the office.
- You will need your Account Number when you pay your bill. Your Account Number is
displayed in the top right corner of your bill. - Please include the top portion of your bill with any mailed/dropped off payments.
- For questions regarding your sewer bill, please contact your local Department of Public
Works. - We are separate from the Town of Chelmsford. Please make out your check to the North
Chelmsford Water District or NCWD. Please do not mail your check to the Town.

You can pay with cash at the Lowell Five Bank at 20 Groton Road (North Chelmsford). - Check
You can mail or drop off a check at our office. If you are dropping off a check outside of business
hours, please use the drop off bin located at the bottom of the ramp (you can also use this bin
during regular business hours).

Pay over the Phone
UniPay by UniBank offers a secure recorded line to make payments over the phone. Please call
(877) 227-1157 and select Option 1.

If you pay beyond the amount owed, a credit will be applied to your next bill. Incomplete checks
will be returned.
