Grouf’s Water Leak Services has been contracted to perform a water leak detection survey in North Chelmsford,MA. The hours of work can vary from 2:00 AM-4:00 PM. Most of the work is performed during the hours of 7:00 AM-4:00 PM , but some roads that are heavily traveled during those hours need to be done earlier.
I will be walking, on an electric scooter, or in my car following the public water mains. An electronic acoustic device will be used to listen on the hydrants,valves,and at different intervals on the pavement over the water mains. Also being used in this survey is a digital logging correlator to uncover difficult to find leaks in the water system.
